Cool Air Condition completed a residential air conditioning installation in Kingston, London, providing a modern and energy-efficient climate control solution for a garden room. The system was installed to improve indoor comfort and allow the space to be used throughout the year.

The project involved the installation of Mitsubishi wall-mounted split air conditioning units, positioned to ensure efficient airflow and reliable temperature control within the room. Mitsubishi systems are known for their quiet operation, reliability and high energy efficiency, making them a popular choice for residential spaces.

During the installation, our engineers carefully routed refrigerant pipework, condensate drainage and electrical connections through the wall structure to maintain a clean and professional finish. All pipework and connections were installed neatly to ensure both functionality and an aesthetically pleasing result.

The outdoor condenser units were installed externally near the property and securely mounted to provide efficient operation and proper airflow. Their location was selected to minimise noise and visual impact while maintaining easy access for servicing.

All installations are completed by our F-Gas certified engineers, ensuring the system meets UK safety regulations and delivers reliable performance, efficient cooling and heating throughout the year.
